Between Two Worlds: Balancing Culture and Identity

Growing up South Asian in the U.S. often means living between two worlds, carrying your culture at home while figuring out who you are in a different environment outside.

This Youth Unwind Hour session is a space for honest conversation. No pressure, no judgment. just real talk with others who get it.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Switching between identities in different settings
  • How family expectations shape mental health and self-expression
  • What youth wish their families understood
  • Ways to feel more connected, confident, and proud of who we are
