Mental health awareness through storytelling & community dialogue

Monthly Spotlight!

Strengthening Our Mission: Meet Our Newest Advisor, Dr. Hari Nair, MD

“I’d never seen something like this that focused on our community and mental health. Helping patients one-on-one is meaningful, but real change happens through community outreach. Rcoz’s mission truly resonated with me. I’d be glad to join conversations, especially around men’s mental health and suicide awareness—often overlooked in our communities.” —Dr. Hari Nair

We are honored to welcome Dr. Hari Nair, MD , Dual-Board Certified psychiatrist and passionate advocate for mental health equity, to the Rcoz Advisory Board!

Dr. Nair takes a holistic approach to mental health, creating safe spaces where people feel truly heard. His commitment to youth and amplifying South Asian voices perfectly aligns with our mission to normalize mental health conversations.
