Feb Topic: I Love My Child, But I Don’t Know How to Help
Raising a teen in today’s world is a lot of pressure, competition, stress, and the constant fear that you’re missing signs your child is struggling. Many parents want to help but still feel unsure, unprepared, or overwhelmed themselves.
This Chalo Baatein Karen session creates a space to talk about exactly that. With guidance from Rcoz Advisor Dr Hari Nair, MD (Psychiatry), we’ll unpack what stress looks like for teens, what it brings up for parents, and how to support your child without burning yourself out. Through real stories, relatable examples, and practical insights, we’ll explore how love and stress can coexist and how communication can get easier, not heavier.
Come join other parents who are navigating the same worries. Sometimes just talking about it makes the next step feel clearer.
