Giving South Asian youth the space to think, create, and speak up about mental health
The Rcoz High School Changemaker Program is an immersive internship experience where South Asian youth reflect on mental health issues that hit close to home and take the lead in starting conversations that matter. Participants will earn volunteer hours while building essential skills like leadership, communication, social media management, and organization.

A youth-led initiative that raises mental health awareness in the Bay Area by hosting events on issues unique to them. Ambassadors plan and promote awareness activities such as expert-led discussions, conferences, and storytelling sessions. They gain leadership and educational opportunities, preferential selection for Rcoz internships, service hours, and letters of recommendation.

These workshops are story-led, interactive sessions that help Desi students and parents unpack cultural pressures, understand key mental health concepts, and walk away with practical tools for support and self-awareness.

Creating Awareness in the Desi Community
The Youth Mental Health Awareness Contest provides students with an opportunity to creatively express their thoughts and experiences related to mental health awareness. Participants can use various forms of art, writing, or media to share their perspectives, with the chance to win prizes for standout entries. This contest helps spark meaningful conversations about mental health in the community.
